Aileen completed her Bachelor’s in German and International Studies at the University of Richmond in 2016. Her experience as a high school and then college exchange student in Germany, as well working as a United States Teaching Assistant for English in Austria, have instilled in her the value of intercultural learning.

Whenever she has free time, Aileen can be found baking, reading by the James River, and learning how to identify trees.
