Study Abroad Administrative Specialist

Jenney Stevens joined International Education in August 2006. She provides support to the study abroad team by assisting in program management, processing study abroad application materials, coordinating international health insurance coverage, assembling emergency information kits for students, and compiling statistics. She also manages the online application system (GatewayAbroad), as well as handles many inquiries from students, parents, and other departments on campus. Jenney graduated from Richmond with a B.A. in Latin American Studies and Spanish and studied abroad in Costa Rica. She spent several years after graduation living and traveling abroad in Chile, Costa Rica, South Africa, England, and New Zealand. After returning to the United States, Jenney obtained an A.A.S. in communication design and worked as a graphic artist before moving on to a different opportunity at Capital One. In her free time, Jenney enjoys spending time with friends, playing with her dog Summer, traveling, going to the cinema, and watching documentaries and British sitcoms.
