Where will your reimbursement check be mailed?

It depends on what mailing address is active for you at the time your reimbursement request is processed.

If your request is processed... Then your check should be** mailed to...
During the UR spring semester before you go abroad for the fall semester or academic year: Your UR Box or your off-campus Richmond address (whichever is applicable)
During the summer before you go abroad in the fall Your permanent home address
During the UR fall semester before you go abroad for the spring semester or calendar year Your UR Box or your off-campus Richmond address (whichever is applicable)
While you're abroad (fall, academic year, spring, or calendar year) The mail forwarding address you provided International Education before you left campus
